FAQ

1. What seeds are in the paper?

 · Bird's Eye
 · Clarkia
 · Black Eyed Susan
 · Catchfly
 · Snapdragon
 · Sweet Alyssum

2. Are the seeds safe?

Yes. The seeds are tested and approved for planting in Canada, and many other countries around the world. All the seeds are NON-GMO, and are not considered to be invasive species in North America.

The seed paper is accredited by the Canadian Phytosanitary Certification Program for Seeds (CPCPS) which means all seeds are tested for purity by a CFIA or AOSA (Association of Official Seed Analysts) in an accredited laboratory.

3. How do I grow my seed paper?

You can read exactly how to grow your seed paper here!

4. Do I have to plant my card right away?

No. You can keep the card on display until you're ready to plant and enjoy the next phase of its lifecycle. Seed paper doesn't have an expiry date, but after about 2 years the germination rates will start to slowly decline.

5. When is the best time to plant my seed paper?

You can plant seed paper indoors all year round! If you'd prefer to plant outdoors, you can plant in the spring through early fall.

    • The plant on screen is the plant you'll get.

We take photos of each new batch of plants to ensure that the plant you receive will be almost identical to the one you see on screen. If you don't think so, we'll give you your money back.

    • Delivered with care.

We believe the best way to ensure your plant arrives in phenomenal condition is to deliver them to you ourselves: no boxing your plants up, no third party couriers. Your plants and pots are always delivered by a friendly Frondly driver with care.

    • Happy, locally sourced plants.

Plants that are well cared for look the best and last the longest. We only work with local BC greenhouses we know and trust to ensure that all of our plants are as happy and healthy as possible.
