Refund policy

Free 7-day returns.

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are unhappy for any reason, please send an email to hello@frondlyplants.com with your order number within 7 calendar days from the date it was delivered. We’ll contact you within 24 hours to arrange a pick-up day and time that works for you.

Refunds

For all returns, a full refund of the merchandise purchase price will be issued once the items are picked up and returned to our warehouse. 

Cancellations

Cancellations made before the delivery date will receive a full refund, including the cost of shipping. If you’d like to cancel your order, please send an email with your order number to hello@frondlyplants.com.
