Delivery service area

We currently offer delivery to addresses in:

North: North Vancouver, West Vancouver
West: UBC, Metro Vancouver, Burnaby
East: Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, New Westminster
South: Richmond, Surrey, White Rock, Delta.

*If you are outside of our regular service area and would like to place an order, please email us at hello@frondlyplants.com with the items and your postal code, and we will do our best to get you the items you want in a timely manner.

Delivery Charges

All Frondly orders over $99 before taxes and shipping receive complimentary delivery. All orders under this $99 threshold will incur a flat rate shipping fee depending on the delivery location.

Minimum order value
Orders must exceed $50 before taxes to be eligible for delivery. There is no minimum for pickup.

Delivery Times

Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days.

Delivery Method

To ensure that your new plant arrives in the best condition possible, every plant order is delivered with care by a friendly Frondly driver from our local grow stations to your home.

Order with hard goods only (pots, accessories, soil, etc.) may be sent via Courier. We use Canada Post or UPS.

Delivery Notifications

Our plants are all from the tropics so we want to make sure they aren't left out in the cold for too long. To ensure we’re in sync, you’ll receive an a few notifications when your order is scheduled and on its way.

If you’re not available at that time, no problem, we’ll coordinate with you to find a better time or a safe place at your home for us to leave your plant.
