This planter from BC-based Kanso Designs doesn’t require you to compromise between your values and your love for beautiful home goods. Made from a blend of post-consumer plastic, stone, and wood that creates a unique, natural finish that's lightweight and durable, these planters give new life to waste that would otherwise be destined for the landfill.
Kanso’s classic planter is suitable for indoor and outdoor use and is fitted with a drainage hole and rubber stopper. This means that you can choose to simply slip your plant into the planter, or repot it while still maintaining your plant’s ability to drain - essential for keeping it happy and healthy.

About Kanso
Kanso (簡素) is one of the seven pillars of Wabi-Sabi and in design can be translated to mean the elimination of clutter in favour of simplicity. Through this philosophy, Kanso Designs aims to help its customers cultivate a state of mindfulness in their homes. They offer meaningful and sustainable products, each with a specific history, place, and purpose.
We regularly take photos of each new batch of plants at our in-house studio to ensure that the plant you receive is nearly identical to the one you see online.
Living room ready.
Before delivery, we clean and prune your plants so they are ready to be displayed in your home. Cleaner leaves also absorb more sunlight, key for optimal plant health.
Best growers = best plants.
Healthy, strong plants look the best and are the easiest to care for. We only work with the top local greenhouses in BC to ensure that all of our plants are healthy, beautiful, and pest-free.

Great in store experience and delivery
I stopped by and bought two plants. One I could carry with me, the second you managed to repot and include on the delivery route the following day.
Great plants, great pots, great staff, great service.
I ordered this for someone else and it came fully repotted and ready for her to put up! The delivery was also quick and they were very good at communicating
I LOVE Fondly plant store!!!!! I bought alot of plants the only one didn't died on me was Grace but my cat destroyed x2 of Grace (yes my cat destroyed the second Grace plant along with my dishes). I love the service and delivery is awesome, the politeness and the understanding the helpfulness etc. I am planning to buy more plants but I am trying to figure out where to put them but tape the bottom of the pots? I did wrote a first review its same thing this place is awesome. If only im not bad with plants kinda and my cat isn't bad then the whole pet friendly category plants will be all over my apartment (I am secretly trying to make it happen) the picture is a BEFORE picture before grace destroyed by my cat and the ledge was only temporary.
