I have been looking for a good fichus on foot for months now, tiring disappointing time consuming not to mention ridiculous pricing downtown. I came across this app and decided to give it a go. WOW, wished I’d known about it earlier lol. Great site, great customer service. Delivery was perfect, able to track, on time, driver friendly, professional, the biggest surprise. Gorgeous plant at a reasonable price. I am extremely happy with my purchase, even comes with a note letting you know they are available with care advice. What store does that these days. I would highly recommend frondly for plants and pot purchases.

This is my 3rd or 4th order from Frondly. My order was delivered right to my door within 2 days, with regular updates on my delivery status. The plant was in perfect condition, as with all of my other orders and fit perfectly into the pot I ordered.

A friend gave me a gift certificate knowing I love the plants at Frondly. I ordered four for delivery and waited with excitement.

The delivery process is amazing because the store has a system that tells you day-of the window in which the order will arrive and how many orders are ahead--so you don't spend the entire day waiting without any idea of arrival time.

The plants arrived so green and healthy and loved, and the delivery person was so lovely. Also all the plants were packaged up with such care, and all the packing materials (brown paper) were easy to recycle.

I was excited to see Frondly carried a small Leca that I had not seen at any other garden store. The cactus & succulent mix is of a high quality. Even better, refills are discounted to decrease plastic waste.

picked up my plant and it was beautiful. very healthy with many lushy green leaves, have had no problems with it since bringing it home.

I have now purchased several plants from Frondly - they have always been super healthy and have arrived in good condition. I also appreciate that they update their photos so that when you order online you are reasonably assured that the plant you receive is going to be essentially what you viewed in the picture - this has NOT been my experience with other online plant shops!
My last purchase was an Aglonaema Tigress. Unfortunately, the driver Kelvin recognized when he arrived to deliver it that the wrong plant had been packaged up. He took it back and made arrangements to deliver the correct plant to me the very next day. Very happy customer here :)

I sent 3 small plants and these are so much nicer than cut flowers for my daughters dorm room. Cheaper, great delivery and a great addition to her window sill.
