Love this plant shop! The health of the plants is amazing, they all look beautiful and are clearly well taken care of. I’ve done both the home delivery and in-store pickup. Both experiences went seamlessly! I highly recommend visiting the shop if you can! It’s a great vibe and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be buying all my future house plants from Frondly!

I purchased 2 plants, have them changed to new pots and delivered. First, I was very happy with the delivery as the driver kindly responded back to my texts and accommodated as requested. The plants looked exactly according to the picture but more beautiful in person. I will be going back to purchase more.

Online inventory was incorrect, but Chad was very accommodating. In the end I’m glad I went through with it. I obviously still wish I got the larger sized that I ordered originally, and will likely seek them elsewhere.

I have been hearing about Frondly for a bit. Finally went in and experienced one of the best customer services in a Vancouver shop. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. I left with three gorgeous plants and even got a follow up email on how to care for each. I really appreciated the emphasis on customer care - it’s not something you see often in our city. Keep it up Frondly! I’ll be back for more plants :)

NIcely packaged with obvious care to preserve this little beauty. Drizzy is settling in nicely on the shelf above my desk, keeping an eye on me as I pretend to work :)
