    Care

    Difficulty Beginner. Adaptable, easy to care for and grow.

    Light Can acclimatize to most light conditions. For best results, place this plant in a bright room or in a location where it can have at least a partial view of the sky. Can also grow under very bright fluorescent or LED lights that are on most of the day, like in an office. Can tolerate a few hours of direct sun. Can adapt to low light spaces but may drop some old foliage at first and become stretched/ sparse over time.

    Water Average watering. Check soil moisture using your finger or a moisture meter and water thoroughly when the top 30-50% of soil is dry; approximately every 7-10 days and less often in the winter or if kept in lower light.

    Soil Use our balanced Tropical Mix that retains water and allows airflow.

    • Delivery is FREE for all orders over $75
    • Most orders arrive within 3 business days from the date it was placed, up to a maximum of 5 business days.*

    *If you need your order sooner (or later), send an email with your request to hello@frondlyplants.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

    What to expect on delivery

    • All plants are delivered by our local delivery team to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition.
    • You do not need to be at home for us to make your delivery as long as we have access to your building via a buzzer code, concierge, or the front door of your house.*
    • You will receive notifications via email and sms once your delivery has been scheduled, when it is on its way, and once it has been successfully delivered.
    • If there are any issues making your delivery, our driver will be in touch with you directly to coordinate.
    • If we are unable to complete your delivery, we will contact you to coordinate another attempt. There is no cost for redelivery.

    *If you require any special accommodations for delivery, please leave a note in the delivery instructions at checkout, or send an email to hello@frondlyplants.com once your order is placed and we will do everything we can to meet your request.

    Returns

    • Plants may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, and pots and accessories within 30 days.
    • Plants that have been repotted into a decorative pot are not eligible for return.
    • Return pickup is FREE
    • To initiate a return, please email hello@frondlyplants.com
    • We will work with your schedule to arrange the return and our local team will collect the return within 3-5 business days.
    • A full refund will be provided once the items are collected.

They helped me choose the plants and put them in the pots to see how they would look. They were able to deliver on short notice and installed the plants on site.
