Online inventory was incorrect, but Chad was very accommodating. In the end I’m glad I went through with it. I obviously still wish I got the larger sized that I ordered originally, and will likely seek them elsewhere.

I have been hearing about Frondly for a bit. Finally went in and experienced one of the best customer services in a Vancouver shop. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. I left with three gorgeous plants and even got a follow up email on how to care for each. I really appreciated the emphasis on customer care - it’s not something you see often in our city. Keep it up Frondly! I’ll be back for more plants :)

His knowledge, patience and guidance helps you select the plant that makes you feel confident in your ability to maintain it. Coming home and seeing the plants i bought, i know there’s a fine future for them…with me.

Got a huge, beautiful bird of paradise for my husband planted into the pot pictured. He adores it, it's very clean looking and a great contrast to the dark green leaves.
