    Care

    Difficulty Beginner: Easy to care for and grow.

    Light Medium to bright, indirect light. Will also do well under bright fluorescent lights.

    Water     Prefers deep but infrequent watering. Check soil moisture every 7-10 days by sticking your finger deep into the soil or using a moisture meter. Water thoroughly when the soil appears dry 50-75% down the pot.

    • Delivery is FREE for all orders over $75
    • Most orders arrive within 3 business days from the date it was placed, up to a maximum of 5 business days.*

    *If you need your order sooner (or later), send an email with your request to hello@frondlyplants.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

    What to expect on delivery

    • All plants are delivered by our local delivery team to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition.
    • You do not need to be at home for us to make your delivery as long as we have access to your building via a buzzer code, concierge, or the front door of your house.*
    • You will receive notifications via email and sms once your delivery has been scheduled, when it is on its way, and once it has been successfully delivered.
    • If there are any issues making your delivery, our driver will be in touch with you directly to coordinate.
    • If we are unable to complete your delivery, we will contact you to coordinate another attempt. There is no cost for redelivery.

    *If you require any special accommodations for delivery, please leave a note in the delivery instructions at checkout, or send an email to hello@frondlyplants.com once your order is placed and we will do everything we can to meet your request.

    Returns

    • Plants may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, and pots and accessories within 30 days.
    • Plants that have been repotted into a decorative pot are not eligible for return.
    • Return pickup is FREE
    • To initiate a return, please email hello@frondlyplants.com
    • We will work with your schedule to arrange the return and our local team will collect the return within 3-5 business days.
    • A full refund will be provided once the items are collected.

    Kanso pots are fabulous!

    I actually got the Kanso pots as a substitution for the pots I ordered (that subsequently were out of stock), and it was a very happy occurrence. The Kanso pots are good looking and fit perfectly with the feel of our bathroom where they are now home to our new plants and also our bedroom where they now are home to our repotted pothos and its propagated offspring.
